Manufacture of industrial products

Dominant part of the production program is formed by piece and short-run production up to series manual production of lamellar graphite and spheroidal graphite iron castings and aluminium alloys castings.

Weight of manufactured castings ranges from several tens grams up to 100 kg/piece in case of lamellar graphite and spheroidal graphite iron castings; for aluminium alloys the maximum weight is 12 kg/piece. Manufactured amounts are ranging from 1 piece up to several thousands’ series. We are also able to manufacture a casting according to a given original. Ensuring the manufacture of pattern equipment is a matter of course for us. Further requirements for machining, assembly, thermal treatment and surface finishing are solved in co-operation.

In co-operation we are ensuring thermal treatment of castings and machining of them on conventional machines and CNC ones too. We are also offering surface finishing from priming through different kinds of coatings up to zinc dipping or metal plating.
