Manufacture of precision zinc castings

Besides the classic foundry production we are ensuring the manufacture of precision castings from zinc by a modern technology of centrifugal casting in rubber moulds. Centrifugal casting offers higher quality in the field of material strengths, casting accuracy and better reproduction of details. It gives high quality parts from common commercial zinc alloys.

Centrifugal casting offers an alternative solution to the die casting technology. In case of required amount of castings from 200 pieces up to several thousands’ series this technology is economically more advantageous. Besides high financial savings in manufacture of moulds this process is more economical as it is more time- and labour-saving one. After supplying the patterns the mould can be manufactured in several hours and castings can be made in several days.

Zinc castings:
  • - amounts from 100 up to 3,000 pieces,
  • - centrifugal casting technology in rubber moulds,
  • - maximum weight of a casting 150 g/piece

Material: ČSN 42 3562 (ZnAl4Cu3)

Tin and lead castings:
  • - amounts from 100 pieces,
  • - centrifugal casting technology in rubber moulds,
  • - maximum weight of a casting 150 g/piece

Material: tin and lead alloys on request.

Thermal treatment, machining and surface finishing.

In co-operation we are ensuring thermal treatment of castings and machining of them on conventional machines and CNC ones too. We are also offering surface finishing from priming through different kinds of coatings up to zinc dipping or metal plating.
